support for areas such as intercultural education, autonomous communication, and the defense of peoples&#8217; right to self-determination, are understood according to a principle of exchange and reciprocity. He is the Research Coordinator for AlterNativa Intercanvi amb Pobles Ind\u00edgenes, an Associate Professor in the Department of Social and Cultural Anthropology at the Autonomous University of Barcelona UAB, and a member of the Research Group on Anthropology and the History of the Construction of Social and Political Identities (AHCISP). His field of study is Indigenous peoples and their political and symbolic relationship with their territory. He has alternated research and teaching with applied tasks such as land legalization processes, museography, and now, the defense of rights through applied research, film and communication, and epistemic diversity.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Miquel Figueras Moreu (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/webs.uab.cat\/ahcisp\/miquel-figueras-moreu\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/webs.uab.cat\/ahcisp\/miquel-figueras-moreu\/<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) \u00e9s doctor en Etnologia i Antropologia Social i Cultural per l&#8217;EHESS de Par\u00eds. \u00c9s coordinador de recerca d&#8217;AlterNativa Intercanvi amb Pobles Ind\u00edgenes, professor associat del Departament d&#8217;Antropologia Social i Cultural de la Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona i membre del Grup de Recerca en Antropologia i Hist\u00f2ria de la Construcci\u00f3 d&#8217;Identitats Socials i Pol\u00edtiques (AHCISP). El seu camp d&#8217;estudis s\u00f3n els pobles ind\u00edgenes i la seva relaci\u00f3 pol\u00edtica i simb\u00f2lica amb el territori. In the field of social economy, he has been a founding member of the Cooperativa Sinergia Social, creator of the Viver d\u2019Empreses d\u2019Economia Social de Manresa, among others, an advisor on the viability of cooperative projects, a professor at the Escola Agr\u00e0ria de Manresa on the viability of agroecological projects, and head of projects and manager of CIEMEN (International Escarr\u00e9 Centre for Ethnic Minorities and Nations).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ferran Ventura \u00e9s economista i ha treballat en consultoria econ\u00f2mica i auditoria.
